Feeling Alive with Gratitude and Delight Leads to Happiness

As I was meditating in the morning, I got the “idea” to do some meridian tapping to help my energy field flow. So I first traced all my meridians then tapped them. As I was sitting quietly afterward this feeling of gratitude and well-being flooded my consciousness and allowed me naturally to come into a complete flow state.

Having experienced flow many times in my life in driving, working and physical motion I have come to the conclusion that flow is an encompassing state of the brain, together with its ability to flow that concentrated information through the body and the energy field, then recycle it with the help of our higher and subconscious parts.

I have been working with the brain, clearing and resetting it, reading brain and flow books and getting an understanding of how wide open our options are with our brains. They truly function on entrained possibility with a wide range of hallucinations from subconsciously reading the other dimensions. The tight orb of mental bits of information (125 – 130 per second) that takes place with that flow type of focus, if engaged will block out all other distractions and allow us to function with a laser beam focus that can make the person seem almost superhuman. Many times adding “heat” and volatility like in the alchemical process enhances this state. (For example waiting for the last minute to do something or having tight deadlines.)

Brain states from above mentioned actions with bio feedback, sound and rhythmic physical strike action seem to induce an “artistic high”  in the gamma brain state range, especially applicable to writing, at least for me personally. But as we know, what works for one usually works for many. We will discuss the process completely in coming newsletters. Writing in a high frequency flow state is truly an extraordinary experience.

At this point, getting started with the meridian work will probably be the most rewarding. There are books about them and also diagrams and some can be reviewed on the internet. I used to do meridian tracing in the 90’s from a Chinese Tao book, which mentioned that if you have trouble memorizing or remembering the meridians, a full body tap will do wonders for you.

So you can get started by curling your fingers half way under and tapping lightly with the knuckles starting on the top of the head the back and front of it down the side of the neck, shoulders and arms including the inside, down the torso front, back and sides and on the outside and inside of the leg, down all the way to the tips of the toes. So get started!!! You’ll love the results.

 If you have a book about meridians or look them up on the internet you‘ll have a general idea where many of them are located. As you become more detail oriented you will find they have starting and ending points and other more precise info for maximization of the experience.

Aha experiences for easy living

AHA experience # 55

I’ve often wondered why my life held so many challenges for me, but kind of thought that’s how it was and yeah, some people had more and some had less. This morning I came across an experience that explained it to me and I think it was because I had been asking for an answer.

It all started with Neal and I tapping our meridians and on the way to our daily routine, we had a bite to eat at the restaurant. There we got our favorite waiter, a young man always beaming about life, smiling being happy and efficient. I told Neal: we got him today because we were smiling and then I examined the rest of the wait staff for their way of being. There is a young man that waits on us occasionally and he is smiling, efficient and in general great, but sometimes he has some feeling of difficulty or challenge and sometimes we ask to sit in his section. 

This morning I was looking at what made us do that, because I’m usually fine with any of the wait staff.

As I looked I saw the challenge pattern in this young man and I wondered why I would choose that and saw that I was rising to the challenge to have him smile at us and like us.

This kind of unconscious behavior usually stems from entrained childhood patterns. I feel the pattern is set by the ancestral line through the parents as a subconscious imprint where a child growing up in this will choose difficult or challenging people to share their life with from pure entrainment and then try to get them to love them. I would say many times the other person has a similar issue and in this challenge, war breaks out with the fight for the best challenger.  

Now the game is up and I can practice flow and agreement in my life and attract and love people I would have previously considered boring or needy - “no challenge” at all. I now can clear all my challenge genes with a smile on my lips blasting this and other issues into a new paradigm.  _________________________________
