What would you say if I told you that you were living in a made up world where nothing is real and your perception of the world depends on downloaded reality software and data in your brain? I would say quite a few of you would probably be curious whether I have a new sci-fi TV show or whether I have a new fantasy novel series launching soon, but stay with me here. Everything you see, hear, touch, taste and smell in your so-called outer world is all being processed in a dark place in the middle of your skull. Much like the world wide web winds up, either through an antenna or fiber optics, in a mother board inside your laptop or desktop computer before it gets displayed on your monitor. Many of us can understand where the world wide web comes from before we log onto our favorite site. But the remaining mystery is where the information processed by our brain comes from. Is it the cosmic internet? Does God have some kind of Mega server putting out billions of terabytes of information every nanosecond? Have our brains been connected to wi-fi all along? By the way, everything I have talked about so far is only taking place, as far as we know, in your brain. None of it actually exists.
So let’s explore some concepts having to
do with reality or multiple realities – for lack of a better term for them
since nothing is real, but our brain likes to think of these realities as
being real because that is how it’s programmed to think. Kind of like the
talking heads on the news programs on TV – sometimes there are seven of
them on the screen at once, each one in its own box, and they’re
programmed, and paid quite handsomely, to convince you that what they have
to say has basis in reality. Most of it is fantasy at best. We take in information, as it becomes available, through our 5 senses. It then gets translated by our brain into something that can be fabricated, using information that the brain already has, into a construct that we call an event. This event will always follow from a logical path of events already known by us so that the event will seem possible and “real”. This is what constitutes “reality” as we “experience” it at any moment. If information comes into our brain, before it reaches our senses, that does not follow from this logical path, it will be discarded like a bounced e-mail because the brain is not programmed to display events that do not follow it’s criteria for what is “real”. In other words, how our brain processes incoming information constitutes “reality” for each one of us. And for each one of us, our brain processes according to what was handed down to us by our parents: the hardware certainly and the better part of the software most likely. Of course we get new data and software updates from school at an ever increasing rate as we go higher in education. We get a lot of re-downloading of old files in church (just in case we ran a disk cleanup utility on it during the week). And of course, we get stuffed like sausages with mostly fragmented data from the media. Soooo, all this is what gets drawn upon when our brain makes a choice about what constitutes “reality” in our immediate environment. And none of it means diddly squat. This is shaping up to be a lot like what I like to call the video game of life. Okay, so we have this software installed since we were born. And we get software updates every so often because, well, we’re not in the 70’s anymore dude. But what would happen if you all of a sudden found yourself in a program you didn’t know you had? It’s pretty similar to the program you thought you were running, but the way you look at the world just kind of shifted to something new. Like your brain just got a different set of commands to deal with the world than it ever had. Where did this new program come from? Remember, the brain responds with what it already knows, but now its operating in a different framework – or program. How does this happen? Each of us is an electronic bio-chemical piece of equipment, so we can be re-programmed. But again, it still brings us back to the question of: Where does this change come from? Well here’s where we’re going to have to leave the safety of our comfort zone in the seemingly physical world. Renee and I have been working with people on the subtle dimensional levels removing distortions, repairing their energetic setup and improving their overall sense of well-being for nearly 15 years. We have done this for thousands of people. One of the things that sets us apart from the vast majority of people in the healing profession is that we are not limited by established protocols or dogma, be it New Age or otherwise. We simply look at what we see that is there or seemingly there and apply what comes to us at the moment to deal with it. This can be different every time even though the seeming condition may look exactly the same. In most cases though, the person being worked with will notice a marked improvement. Science? Hardly. Scientific method would break down pretty much as soon as you try to get repeatable results using the same method. continued Next column > |
Useful? At least as useful as diagnosing someone and telling them they need to take a particular drug for the rest of their life, which by the way, weakens them on an energetic level considerably, at least as we see it. But hey, it may be useful to the people participating in the reality in which taking those drugs is the best thing they can do. That reality creates a hell of a market. So I guess its really useful for the drug companies. For the person trying to get well though, I would say energy healing would be the best place to at least start – even though it has no basis in reality as we know it. Okay, some of you are saying, “How insane is this guy?” Some of you are definitely resonating with this, though. So I’ll keep on. So a reality matrix is basically what you see, feel, hear, etc. around you that seems to fit together in a logical order according to what our brain sees fit to call reality. Including what I just wrote, which is one perception of reality which could change tomorrow. In fact, it probably will. What does this all mean? Absolutely nothing. Bottom line? Everything that’s happening in your world is all happening inside your brain. That’s your brain. Who’s in charge of your brain? Lots of institutions would like to think they are in charge and try their best to convince you that they are, mostly through your subconscious mind. Mind control. I’m sure you’ve heard about it. Basically it has to do with your mind computer being hacked on a regular basis. Trust me, it’s happening so regularly and has been happening for so long that you don’t even realize it’s even happening – much less that it could possibly be happening to you. Who’s in charge of your brain? You are. Who’s in control of your brain? Our estimates are that 90% of people are, at best, about 40 - 50% in control of their conscious brain processes. The rest is coming from external programming (that became internal) and external promptings.
So the task is to first realize that yes,
it is happening, and then take steps to take back control. It is a
process, but it is doable. Our goal is to free your mind so you can live
an empowered life. If you want that same thing for yourself, then join us.
Q: I was just feeling I would like to hear your version of “Love and Light”. I have heard about it being a programming tool. It seems people might benefit knowing more about that. R. S. Ohio A: With "love and
light" being a popular new age paradigm, I thought going to a definitive
new age book (even though it's really ancient), “The Kybalion”, would be
a good starting point. It’s like a thermometer - where does cold change into hot? We could take the whole thermometer and read it in two ways: degrees of hot or degrees of cold. So we can do the same with love and light. As far as I can see in this scenario, the soldiers gunning down the people of Myanmar during the demonstrations (where they would kneel down and profess their love to the soldiers, but the soldiers gunned them down anyway) could have exercised a form of love!? So if the ALL in itself is above gender as it is above every law, it is not subject to them and probably would not support them and therefore there is no real duality due to the substantial reality of the ALL. So the laws we are seeing must have been inserted by creating an artificial plane subject to these laws. So love and light would have the opposing poles of hate and darkness - kind of an oxymoron as the Kybalion in itself states that the art of polarization becomes a phase of mental alchemy and with practice we should be able to change its polarity. In the general output of the phrase of love and light I have not seen any explanation and method to alchemically change ones outlook or entrainment to the desired state of it and therefore desire or consideration of love and light even deeply felt or created is mere lip service without a tour guide. We can feel love one moment and hate the next and next to that rollercoaster we might want to consider how light is created and our personal ability to manufacture it. So living in love and light seems a haphazard and possibly even dangerous proposition. I would advocate flow and agreement as a basis to live from and then study alchemy to tackle the love and light thing. “Love and Light“, Renee |
